Eat less at lunch and you'll lose weight. That's been my successful weight loss program since July. I went from 200 pounds to 165 pounds in 9 months.

You don't have to exercise as much if you eat less! But both are good ideas! They make more sense than taking a pill. "I'm going to lose weight by putting something ADDITIONAL into me." That makes sense. :-/
