What's up with that? sparxmind doesn't allow for masterful one word comments? hmph! I haven't left a comment on this blog in over a month just because I was saving up for the perfect comment and I was ready to unleash my perfect fury in my one word comment and those dreams were crushed by the sparxmind "your comment was a bit too short" machine.
I'll have to re-work the spam script.
It became a necessity a couple months back because I started getting hit with a TON of spam comments. Enough that my CPU usage spiked noticeably (I'm assuming from the Akismet spam plugin checking the spammy-ness of the comments against the Akismet server).
It's made comment management much simpler (since like 80-90% of the "comments" I get are spam now).
