The Internet needs a LOUD! button
So I made one!
Drag this link to your browser's bookmark toolbar and click it on any page to turn all of the text into uppercase:

And this one if you want to undo it without having to reload the page:

This doesn't work on everything. A lot of dynamically generated text will not be affected. Gmail is interesting, the only thing that's affected are the chat windows.
This was originally going to be a firefox addon that automatically applied the uppercase text-transform if you entered a url in all caps (suggested by spudart) but then I realized that firefox was lower-casing any domains I typed in – so it wouldn't work. But bookmarklets are cool too.
