You can just fly around to these empty places that are not informative. And you meet people that have no profiles or information. It's really quite strange. I never understood why there isn't more of a... an easier way to find stuff or people. I want to be able to search for something and find it. ]]> By: Kate http://sparxmind.com/oh-hi-im-from-the-internet/#comment-305 Kate Wed, 24 Oct 2007 20:23:22 +0000 http://sparxmind.com/oh-hi-im-from-the-internet/#comment-305 i have a brief moment to enjoy being ahead of Matt in these comment posts, but i'm sure it won't last very long, haha. the whole internet as a place of origin (and living in it) reminds me of that scene from The Matrix where Neo's character wakes up in that machine-built pod and has all those metal prongs along his body...creepy. if i have to have metal connection prongs to plug myself into the internet to live there, i'm definitely opting out. although i sometimes shy away from people interaction (i'm an introverted librarian :-P), i still prefer living in reality, if that's what this life can be called. oh crap, i think i just went into some weird existental transition there...i'm gonna avoid talking anymore on this, lol. i have a brief moment to enjoy being ahead of Matt in these comment posts, but i'm sure it won't last very long, haha.
