Ninjas and Prisoners

I was watching a video of prisoners practicing their performance of "Thriller".. yes.. *that* Thriller. It's pretty remarkable, and I'll link to it at the bottom of this. There were several other videos from this prison, and it looks like the administrative folks there have a bit of an interest in performance arts. An odd one that caught my eye was them doing the "Algorithm March." That video.. well, let's just say I had a "wtf" moment.

BUT THEN!!! (exclamation points!) I found a video titled "Algorithm March! with Ninjas!".. I think it made my day. Here it is:

And the prisoner videos to round it out:

CPDRC inmates – "Thriller"

CPDRC inmates – "Algorithm March"

I like to think that I can switch off.. being a pirate when I need to.. and a ninja when the mood strikes me – like when I want to do silly dances at work.

But, I have to agree, you're better than any ninja.

But.. but.. umm… can I still dance? Can I use my ninja skills to infiltrate other ninja ninjagroupthingies and then destroy them? Can I be a sneaky-pirate?

Silly, silly boy. If I were going to be anywhere near your bed I wouldn't be under it. Unless you have fun things under it…like….monkeys and pacman. 🙂

I like the way you think..

Funny thing – when I was little, I used to have a pacman game. And I did keep it under my bed. The batteries decided to leak in it though, and that was the end of that. I had forgotten all about that thing. I would always get yelled at when I played it because it made the most annoying sounds. And no volume. It had 3 settings, On with sound, Off, and On without sound. You had to turn it off to get from sound to no-sound. Horrible. Rambling?

Not horrible…slightly rambling. But I did start the ramble so it's ok. I'm currently playing pacman here at work because I enjoy the fact that I don't have to think. I was also attempting to play sonic but I'm awful at it. So I gave up.

Also entertaining me at the moment is my friend Robert hitting on the copy machine repairman.

I like sonic.. loved playing the dreamcast version.

Pacman is classic though. One of these days, when I'm not poor, I'm gonna buy/build an arcade machine that includes pacman. I'll let you play.
