I think I'm going to teach my daughter to say "bamboo". She already knows "mamma", "dadda", and "hop". "Hop" is the easiest word to get her to say. We don't count any of these as her first word because she just says them without actually know what it means. "Bamboo" would be a fun word to hear a baby say.

I have a bamboo shower curtain. Only it's not made of bamboo, it just features a bamboo print. It's like taking a shower on clouds, but not really.
